Mark brings nearly 20 years of diverse experience across structured products and credit instruments. Mark oversees the Firm’s investment activities and heads the Credit Committee. Mark began his career in 2006 on the structured products desk (Synthetic CDO, Correlation Trading) at Bank of America Securities, which included structuring, trading, and risk management for the broader desk and SYLO (synthetic loan obligations).

In 2008, Mark joined Macquarie and became the head trader for CLO, RMBS, and Esoteric ABS books with positions ranging from $500mm-$1bb. In 2014, Mark was promoted to Managing Director and Co-Head of the Principal Finance group. In that role, Mark oversaw several teams, including the structured products trading desks, residential mortgage investment strategies, and the specialty finance division, which grew from $0 to nearly $1.5bb of outstanding funded deals.

Mark graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Business and Economics.
